Your Ovei purchase is something very special.
The Ovei Service takes you through the technical and aesthetic possibilities to configure the product of your dreams.

The Ovei Service provides the ultimate purchase experience – from initial consultation and specification through to installation and Ovei Care.

First steps

The first step is to talk through the possibilities with one of Ovei’s regional sales consultants.

By arranging a personal interview our goal is understand you, your family, your business and your lifestyle. In this way we can suggest the most suitable Ovei specification and options. Once we have your brief, your consultant will send a personal Ovei recommendation with trim, colourway, carpet and upholstery swatches. All Ovei programme elements and options are individually priced for you. On receipt of your completed order form and deposit, work on your Ovei can start.

The build process

It takes around 10 weeks and 6 skilled craftsmen to hand-build your Ovei.

Throughout construction, team members will send you regular progress reports, including pictures and videos too.

Around 2 weeks before completion, we’ll invite you to the Ovei showroom in the UK. Here you’ll have the chance to test your personal design – and discuss any final modifications or upgrades.

2-3 weeks after your Ovei is delivered, you’ll receive a pictorial logbook of the build, personally signed by designer Lee McCormack and all the technicians involved in construction.

Installation

We’ll install, deliver, calibrate and demonstrate your Ovei anywhere in the world. Everything will be overseen on site by your personal Ovei consultant.

Ovei installation includes delivery; commissioning, including (if required) connection to and programming to control household IT; ripping and loading your personal DVD content into the Ovei’s Blue4 media server; testing and a full demonstration.

Ovei Care

Relax. Your Ovei is covered by the Ovei Care programme.

Ovei Care gives you total peace-of mind. If something fails or goes wrong we’ll rectify the fault, free of charge, for three years from delivery*. After this time, we’ll contact you with an offer to renew cover each year for a nominal annual fee. For full warranty cover details, download the Ovei Care Warranty cover (pdf)
